What you will do

• Maintain and update enterprise customer accounts in Salesforce, including timely creation of new cohorts.
• Coordinate with sales representatives and legal teams to support contract progression and approvals.
• Ensure quotes are generated and delivered promptly by coordinating internal teams.
• Confirm invoice details with customers to support accurate and timely billing.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to improve the overall customer experience.
• Support special initiatives and projects as needed.

Requirements

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating complex information clearly.
• Experience supporting customer success, account management, or enterprise sales activities.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and billing/invoicing systems.
• Strong technology skills and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
