What you will do

• Partner with the CEO on high-priority strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects to ensure alignment and measurable outcomes.
• Identify organizational bottlenecks and design scalable operational solutions.
• Prepare executive communications, board materials, and strategic analyses.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate company productivity.
• Drive operating rhythms and planning frameworks across the organization.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in consulting, business operations, investment banking, or startup operations.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive outcomes with extreme ownership.
• Experience operating in a high-growth startup environment.
• Must be based in San Francisco to support the hybrid work model.
