Location: Must be based in or relocate to the SF Bay Area (Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite).

Salary: $203,651–$225,088 per year (Total compensation package: $460,105).

What you will do

  • Lead high-impact strategic projects sourced directly from the CEO and Office of the CEO.
  • Identify and resolve under-performing processes and operational bottlenecks.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, Lab Operations, and Finance.
  • Utilize AI-native tools to accelerate decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team on company-shaping strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of building or operating experience in entrepreneurial environments.
  • Proven background as a founder, senior executive in a top scaleup, or top-tier management consultant.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the SF Bay Area.
  • First-principles thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
  • AI-native fluency and a strong bias for action in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

  • Prior exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
  • Track record of building 0 to 1 products or business lines.
  • Existing network in the founder or top scaleup community.
