Salary: $121,200 - $134,800 USD annually

What you will do

  • Build and own global partner strategies and relationships with processors, networks, and banks (e.g., Stripe, Worldpay, Visa).
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize processing fees and ensure competitiveness.
  • Define SLAs and performance standards for partners, tracking commitments through business reviews.
  • Identify and implement necessary payment methods and technical requirements to support market expansion.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for new implementations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to drive process enhancements and resolve incidents.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in payments partnerships, program management, or business operations.
  • 3+ years of managerial people leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to lead medium-to-large technical projects with external partners.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience independently leading contract discussions.
  • Experience in high-growth technology companies, specifically within payment processing or SaaS.
  • Must be based in the United States.
