What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team across Corporate and Revenue Accounting functions.
• Oversee global month-end close activities, including complex accruals, revenue accounting, and consolidations.
• Drive ERP and process improvements, specifically focusing on Oracle configuration and reporting hierarchies.
• Manage year-end external audits and ensure robust SOX compliance and internal governance.
• Partner with Tax, Legal, and FP&A teams to ensure global accounting consistency and variance analysis.
• Support M&A activities, including post-acquisition integration and accounting.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Minneapolis, MN
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• 4+ years of formal people management experience.
• Expertise in U.S. GAAP, financial controls, and authoritative guidance.
• Significant experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday.
• CPA certification is preferred.
