What you will do

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Reconciliation Tower, ensuring balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
  • Own the end-to-end reconciliation process, including account assignment, review, certification, and aging management.
  • Monitor and report reconciliation KPIs to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Enforce strong governance and control discipline, including SOX compliance and US GAAP standards.
  • Partner with Treasury, Tax, FP&A, and Audit stakeholders to resolve recurring reconciliation issues at the source.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of experienced finance professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA certification required.
  • 8–10 years of experience in accounting or finance operations within multinational shared services (SSC/BPO).
  • Strong expertise in account reconciliations, balance sheet substantiation, and month-end close.
  • Experience with SOX, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and reconciliation tools (BlackLine or Workday Financials preferred).
  • Proven leadership capability in managing and developing professional teams.
