What you will do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Reconciliation Tower, ensuring balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
- Own the end-to-end reconciliation process, including account assignment, review, certification, and aging management.
- Monitor and report reconciliation KPIs to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Enforce strong governance and control discipline, including SOX compliance and US GAAP standards.
- Partner with Treasury, Tax, FP&A, and Audit stakeholders to resolve recurring reconciliation issues at the source.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of experienced finance professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA certification required.
- 8–10 years of experience in accounting or finance operations within multinational shared services (SSC/BPO).
- Strong expertise in account reconciliations, balance sheet substantiation, and month-end close.
- Experience with SOX, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and reconciliation tools (BlackLine or Workday Financials preferred).
- Proven leadership capability in managing and developing professional teams.
