What you will do
- Handle daily financial and administrative operations, including accurate data entry and bank reconciliations.
- Manage employee records and execute job-related invoicing using business management software.
- Maintain general ledger processes and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure strict adherence to GST compliance requirements.
- Utilize ERP and practice management systems to streamline financial reporting and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of accounting experience, preferably within a public practice environment.
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and AU taxation systems.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and financial reporting standards.
Nice to have
- Experience with Jim2 business management software, particularly for AU environments.
- Exposure to ERP platforms such as Cin7 or Sage.
- Familiarity with FYI and Figured for cash flow management.
- Knowledge of XPM.
