What you will do
- Drive regional revenue growth and profitability by meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Develop and execute long-term account strategies for enterprise and strategic clients.
- Identify and manage large, complex sales opportunities from qualification through close.
- Lead consultative, solutions-based sales for workplace collaboration, unified communications, AV integration, and digital workplace technologies.
- Own executive relationships for strategic accounts and align client business outcomes with ’s technology solutions.
- Partner with engineering, solution architecture, and delivery teams to build integrated proposals and lead complex RFP responses; maintain pipeline and forecasting in CRM.
Requirements
- Location: Greater Chicago area
- 7+ years of enterprise technology sales or complex solutions sales experience, preferably in AV integration, workplace technology/collaboration platforms, media/broadcast/content production, or unified communications and enterprise IT solutions.
- Demonstrated experience managing large enterprise accounts and multi-million-dollar opportunities.
- Experience selling integrated technology solutions involving engineering, design, and professional services teams.
- Strong CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel frequently (estimated 30–50%) to client sites and project locations.
