TL;DR

Enterprise Partner Manager (SaaS): Building and scaling the North America partner motion with an accent on partner recruitment, joint business planning, and revenue growth. Focus on creating repeatable service offerings and coaching partners to drive pipeline generation in a high-growth AI-native environment.

Location: Must be based in the United States (strong preference for coverage aligned to the East region)

Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Recruit and activate new partners, including consultancies, agencies, VARs, referral partners, MSPs, and system integrators.
  • Manage a focused book of partners across the United States and Canada to drive revenue and customer impact.
  • Create repeatable service offerings and go-to-market plays to help partners position and implement hirify.global effectively.
  • Lead joint business planning with priority partners to translate strategy into pipeline creation and co-selling activity.
  • Coach partners on running an effective and predictable sales motion from qualification through deal progression.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and channel marketing to align partner activity with field execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel, partnerships, or partner sales within enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of recruiting and growing software-focused partners in North America.
  • Success in joint business planning and partner-led pipeline generation.
  • Ability to coach partners on positioning and expanding technology solutions in a repeatable way.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Must be based in the United States; willingness to travel for partner meetings and regional collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Existing network of North America-based software partners.
  • Experience building a partner program or operating model in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience enabling partners to sell services around workflow, productivity, or digital transformation software.
  • Familiarity with using AI or automation tools to improve partner research and account management.
