TL;DR

Management Consultant (Organizational Change Management): Leading and implementing large-scale transformation initiatives for high-profile clients with an accent on organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and AI-enabled business evolution. Focus on driving adoption, managing resistance, and aligning people, processes, and operating models within complex business environments.

Location: Must be local to Calgary and surrounding area, working in a hybrid environment with a combination of remote and client-site presence.

What you will do

  • Partner with clients to define business objectives and assess organizational impacts of transformation.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis and communication plans.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and support executive decision-making.
  • Lead the implementation of change initiatives, monitoring progress and adjusting plans to mitigate resistance.
  • Design training programs and knowledge-transfer resources to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Contribute to internal practice development by sharing best practices and enhancing change management tools.

Requirements

  • Must be local to Calgary and surrounding area.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in organizational change management within consulting, utilities, IT, or HR.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale change initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business transformation best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification.
  • Formal SCRUM or AGILE certifications.
