What you will do

• Manage and execute end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise customers.
• Perform detailed discovery regarding CRM usage and translate requirements into technical configurations.
• Act as a subject matter expert on hirify.global technologies for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and customer teams to drive successful project completion.
• Support the adoption of AI-enabled workflows and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Establish thorough configuration testing plans in partnership with client technical experts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4-5 years of experience in a SaaS consulting role.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical or support role.
• Demonstrated ability to master new technologies and enact creative troubleshooting processes.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise-level customers to solve complex integration problems.

Nice to have

• Expert knowledge of APIs, CRM integration, security, and privacy.
• Exposure to AI-enabled technologies like copilots or predictive analytics.
• Admin certification with Salesforce or Dynamics.
• Expertise in working with a Sales Engagement Platform.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end development technologies.
