What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, strategy, and success criteria.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, workshops, and decision-making processes.
• Lead project execution to ensure delivery remains on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and AI-driven transformation.
• Mentor team members and conduct post-implementation reviews to improve future delivery.

Requirements

• Must be local to Calgary and the surrounding area.
• 5-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager on complex, enterprise-wide projects.
• Proven experience in Consulting, Utilities, IT, or Oil & Gas sectors.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence large, cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or information technology.

Nice to have

• Experience with Change Management and OCM best practices.
• Understanding of Generative AI and agentic AI applications.
