What you will do

• Own the end-to-end event marketing strategy across conferences, trade shows, and hosted events.
• Identify and manage participation in industry events aligned with GTM priorities.
• Execute all aspects of events, including booth strategy, sponsorships, and experiential activations.
• Partner with Sales and Demand Generation to align event goals with revenue targets.
• Manage event budgets, logistics, vendors, and external partners.
• Measure and report on event ROI, including leads generated and pipeline influenced.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in event, field, or experiential marketing.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office 4 days per week.
• Proven track record managing large-scale conferences and trade shows.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Experience tying event performance directly to pipeline and revenue impact.
