TL;DR

Lead - Americas Partner Marketing (SaaS): Driving growth across the Americas channel ecosystem by managing co-marketing programs, strategic field activations, and partner enablement with an accent on pipeline acceleration and localized GTM motions. Focus on building joint marketing plans with distributors and VARs, managing MDF ROI, and serving as the connective tissue between Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams.

Location: Must be based in San Mateo, CA and work from the office 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday)

Salary: $127,500 - $157,500 USD

What you will do

  • Build joint marketing plans with key distributors, resellers, and strategic VARs to drive pipeline.
  • Develop localized GTM motions for North America and LATAM markets.
  • Execute high-impact co-marketing programs including webinars, roundtables, and industry sponsorships.
  • Manage MDF planning, approvals, and ROI to ensure alignment with regional revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales leaders to ensure cohesive field execution and shared objectives.
  • Track and report performance metrics across MQCs, SAOs, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in Partner marketing, channels, or SI partnerships.
  • Must be able to work from the San Mateo, CA office 3 days per week.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to operate across cultures and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience in marketing Technology and SaaS businesses.
