TL;DR

Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Fintech): Developing and orchestrating acquisition marketing plans for small business merchants in the Americas with an accent on integrated, omni-channel campaigns. Focus on driving revenue growth, optimizing campaign performance across the customer decision journey, and collaborating with sales teams to maximize conversion.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid schedule)

What you will do

  • Lead integrated campaign strategy, planning, and execution to drive revenue growth in the Americas.
  • Map target audiences, content, and tactics to the customer journey for cohesive campaign plans.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure successful conversion of prospects from demand gen campaigns.
  • Work with international and field marketing teams to extend campaigns across go-to-market channels.
  • Manage campaign budgets, evaluate new vendors, and present performance insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and executing revenue-driven marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of integrated campaign architecture and the customer decision journey.
  • Proficiency in leveraging analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing leadership.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).

  • Experience in the payments, point of sale, or ecommerce industries.
