What you will do
- Lead integrated campaign strategy, planning, and execution to drive revenue growth in the Americas.
- Map target audiences, content, and tactics to the customer journey for cohesive campaign plans.
- Measure and optimize campaign performance to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure successful conversion of prospects from demand gen campaigns.
- Work with international and field marketing teams to extend campaigns across go-to-market channels.
- Manage campaign budgets, evaluate new vendors, and present performance insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and growth marketing.
- Proven track record of building and executing revenue-driven marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of integrated campaign architecture and the customer decision journey.
- Proficiency in leveraging analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing leadership.
- Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).
