Salary: $95,000–$130,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy to drive inbound leads and pipeline growth.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, and digital channels.
  • Manage email marketing programs, including newsletters and automated nurture sequences.
  • Partner with sales to align on lead quality, funnel performance, and conversion goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and attribution metrics to optimize results and ROI.
  • Maintain and improve marketing automation and CRM workflows for lead capture.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or lead generation.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline impact through inbound campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, paid media, and digital campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work from the New York office 4 days per week.
