TL;DR

Manager, Delivery Strategy & Operations (Medtech): Running and improving the operating system behind the Delivery organization with an accent on capacity planning, cost visibility, and leadership reporting. Focus on building scalable operational workflows, leveraging AI and automation to reduce manual effort, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to optimize resourcing.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote/Hybrid flexibility). May require up to 10% travel within the US.

Salary: $122,400 - $160,000

What you will do

  • Own and improve core Delivery Strategy & Operations workflows across staffing, cost visibility, and planning.
  • Lead high-priority workstreams including Jira infrastructure, data stewardship, and strategic planning support.
  • Build decision-useful dashboards and models to help leaders make better resourcing and operating decisions.
  • Partner across Delivery, CX, Product, and Finance to maintain critical operating cadences.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to simplify recurring work through automation and AI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting or operations role.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently manage stakeholders and deliver consistency in fast-moving environments.
  • Systems-thinking mindset and enthusiasm for using automation and AI to improve internal processes.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in client services operations and/or client implementations.
  • Healthcare industry experience or intuition.
  • Knowledge of patient engagement or revenue cycle.
