Location: Must be based in California, US (Remote, San Jose, or San Francisco). All employees must be available to attend in-person company trainings and meetings.

Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 USD/year (OTE)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for high-stakes professional services engagements, managing scope, timeline, and budget.
• Act as the primary translation layer between C-suite business stakeholders and technical delivery teams (AI Engineers and Data Scientists).
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks related to data infrastructure, API integrations, and agent logic.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with client sponsors and navigate complex organizational dynamics to ensure project success.
• Advise customers on operationalizing Agentic workflows and integrating AI agents into their daily business operations.
• Run agile sprints, stand-ups, and reviews to maintain high delivery velocity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience delivering complex software or data products for enterprise clients.
• Hybrid background: experience in technical roles (Software Engineer, Solution Architect, Tech Lead) progressing into client-facing leadership.
• Proven experience managing data science or machine learning projects.
• Technical undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Must be located in California, US.

• MBA degree.
• Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience working within a management or technology consulting environment (Big 4 or boutique).
