What you will do

• Own end-to-end program delivery for enterprise customers, focusing on instrument connectivity and Tetra OS data pipeline configuration.
• Navigate complex pharma delivery environments, including SSO provisioning, IT security reviews, and procurement workflows.
• Lead project kick-offs, milestone tracking, resource planning, and scope management across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Lab IT, informatics, and scientific leads.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams, including scientific data engineers and technical architects, to meet delivery commitments.
• Proactively identify and progress account expansion opportunities by delivering measurable scientific outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in top-tier management consulting, enterprise SaaS delivery, or life sciences IT program management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.
• Strong scientific or laboratory domain literacy regarding the movement of instrument data through processed layers.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across scientific, IT, and procurement functions in large pharma organizations.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree in a life science, chemistry, or engineering discipline.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
