Salary: $215,000 - $290,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Lead and manage the marketing team across demand generation, product marketing, content, and events.
• Own marketing's contribution to ARR growth and pipeline quality, ensuring alignment with Sales via strong SLAs.
• Define the ICP and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns with measurable revenue outcomes.
• Optimize the marketing tech stack, utilizing AI tools and automation platforms like Replit and Clay to scale workflows.
• Lead end-to-end product launches, covering positioning, messaging, and cross-functional execution.
• Manage marketing budgeting, quarterly planning, and resource allocation tied to revenue goals.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of marketing experience within VC-backed technology companies.
• Significant managerial experience leading and developing marketing teams.
• Strong growth marketing background with technical fluency and deep understanding of funnel mechanics.
• Hands-on experience with modern marketing infrastructure, attribution, and AI-driven automation.
• Must be based in New York, NY to adhere to the hybrid work policy.
