Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto, Canada.

Salary: $140,000 – $225,000 CAD.

What you will do

  • Define and execute integrated marketing strategies across retail and institutional channels aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for the full product shelf including mutual funds, ETFs, and managed solutions.
  • Design end-to-end advisor and institutional client journeys to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Advance the digital marketing ecosystem by leveraging automation, CRM, and data platforms.
  • Identify and scale AI-enabled solutions to enhance targeting, content relevance, and performance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across product marketing, digital, and client engagement.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive marketing experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Proven success leading multi-channel, integrated marketing strategies with measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of the Canadian investment landscape, advisor distribution models, and institutional sales cycles.
  • Expertise in MarTech stack design and integration such as Salesforce CRM, Adobe, or Pardot.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in client data architecture and KPI frameworks.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is required for Quebec-based interactions.

  • Advanced degree or industry designation such as MBA, CFA, CIM, or CSC.
