TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS/Telecom): Driving hirify.global’s expansion in the LATAM region by identifying high-value customers and building strategic business relationships with an accent on revenue growth and client satisfaction. Focus on developing sales strategies, managing outbound prospecting pipelines, and conducting product demos for C-level targets.

Location: Remote; Must be based in Bogotá (Colombia), Mexico City (Mexico), or São Paulo (Brazil)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy across the LATAM region to deliver on revenue targets.
  • Build a strong deal pipeline using a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Establish trusted strategic advisor relationships with key customers to drive continued product value.
  • Conduct hirify.global portal demos for prospects in collaboration with the Sales Engineering team.
  • Collaborate with customers to establish and achieve critical business goals and KPIs.
  • Work with marketing and product management to optimize client value and provide accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • 3-5 years of selling experience in enterprise consumption-based software platforms.
  • Professional experience in the SaaS or telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Hunter mentality with experience in outbound strategies (telephone, email, social selling).
  • Ability to identify and sell to C-Level targets as well as IT and Product Development contacts.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Cloud Storage, IoT, Telco, CPaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS.
  • Established relationships with customers who trust your strategic advice.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, or Miller Heiman.
