What you will do

  • Build and expand hirify.global’s client base across the EMEA region.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification and demos to closing with minimal support.
  • Develop and implement a long-term strategy for pipeline management and territory success.
  • Execute high-volume outbounding using creative techniques and strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Collaborate with peers and provide guidance and support to new Account Executives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience carrying a net-new revenue quota with consistent overachievement in MarTech SaaS.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience selling to Founders, Business Owners, and Marketing personas.
  • Strong domain knowledge of the Ecommerce, Retailers, and Brands sector.
  • Experience working in high-velocity, high-volume sales environments with multiple stakeholders.
