Salary: $150,000 – $160,000 USD per annum

What you will do

• Partner with site leadership to establish and maintain a strong rhythm of business (RoB) to drive key priorities.
• Develop execution plans, success metrics, and communication strategies for strategic cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive programs that enhance employee engagement, inclusion, and site culture.
• Coordinate and execute corporate events, offsites, and community partnerships.
• Partner with finance stakeholders on budget planning, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience in business operations, program management, or a related field.
• Experience working within large, complex organizations.
• Strong partnership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to execute projects with strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance of the work site.
