What you will do

• Drive and facilitate cross-functional stakeholder interactions to bring products to market.
• Own the entire program lifecycle from product ideation to end-of-life.
• Utilize KPIs and data to drive decision-making across teams.
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Spot resource and knowledge gaps and take necessary steps to remedy them.
• Act as a conduit for global information to support local business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in technical/engineering or business management field.
• 8-10+ years of direct Program Management experience.
• Experience in engineering, new product development, or consumer goods industry.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PPT, and Visio.
• Strong influence and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills with experience addressing executive management.
