TL;DR

Sr. Customer Success Manager - Onboarding Specialist (SaaS): Onboarding new customers to a location analytics platform to accelerate time to value with an accent on use case workshops and platform adoption. Focus on managing concurrent mid-market accounts, designing onboarding playbooks, and ensuring a seamless handoff from sales to long-term success.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process from signing to first use case completion.
  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, prioritizing effectively across competing timelines.
  • Host kickoff calls, use case workshops, and training sessions to drive platform adoption.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer transitions.
  • Build a repository of curriculum to support various key customer use cases.
  • Measure success via kickoff timelines, onboarding speed, and CSAT of the onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of customer success experience.
  • Experience onboarding customers in a SaaS platform within a remote environment.
  • Proven ability to present complex data in understandable ways to address business questions.
  • Experience using analytical tools to measure performance and drive innovation.
  • BA/BS degree.

Nice to have

  • Experience in retail, CRE, restaurant, CPG, hospitality/tourism, or civic/government verticals.
  • Familiarity with location analytics, geospatial, or foot-traffic data.
  • Experience building onboarding playbooks, mutual action plans, or health-scoring frameworks.
  • Proficiency in using generative AI tools to boost productivity and quality.
