Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process from signing to first use case completion.
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, prioritizing effectively across competing timelines.
- Host kickoff calls, use case workshops, and training sessions to drive platform adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer transitions.
- Build a repository of curriculum to support various key customer use cases.
- Measure success via kickoff timelines, onboarding speed, and CSAT of the onboarding experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer success experience.
- Experience onboarding customers in a SaaS platform within a remote environment.
- Proven ability to present complex data in understandable ways to address business questions.
- Experience using analytical tools to measure performance and drive innovation.
- BA/BS degree.
Nice to have
- Experience in retail, CRE, restaurant, CPG, hospitality/tourism, or civic/government verticals.
- Familiarity with location analytics, geospatial, or foot-traffic data.
- Experience building onboarding playbooks, mutual action plans, or health-scoring frameworks.
- Proficiency in using generative AI tools to boost productivity and quality.
