Compensation: $275,000–$315,000 USD (OTE) + Equity

What you will do

• Source and close co-sell pipeline by running joint account mapping with AWS Partner Development Managers.
• Lead high-touch engagement on priority accounts, including joint calls and executive introductions.
• Manage hirify.global presence at major AWS events like re:Invent and Summits to drive lead conversion.
• Develop and execute joint GTM plays targeting key verticals such as financial services and healthcare.
• Operationalize AWS Marketplace metrics, including trial conversions and revenue attribution.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with AWS stakeholders to track performance and align on commitments.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in cloud partnerships, ISV alliances, or field sales with AWS as the primary motion.
• Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals through the AWS co-sell channel.
• Deep working knowledge of APN programs, ISV Accelerate, AWS Marketplace, CPPO, and ACE tooling.
• Ability to engage with technical buyers and AWS Solutions Architects without a pre-sales translator.
• Experience planning and executing major AWS field events with measurable pipeline results.
• Must be based in the USA.
