What you will do

• Execute and close sales calls for assigned store accounts to achieve target goals.
• Manage sales programs and initiatives to ensure profitability for both the company and retailers.
• Maintain appropriate product inventory levels and ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
• Build and maintain rapport with store decision-makers, including Dairy and General Managers.
• Place and leverage point-of-sale materials to drive incremental sales and shelf share.
• Input retail activity into scorecard tablets and manage territory KPIs.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree required.
• Must be able to work in the field 5 days per week with early morning starts.
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of sales experience.
• 1-2 years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience.
