What you will do

• Manage products and relationships with customer contacts at assigned RBDC accounts to drive sales.
• Identify ongoing product needs and execute outside sales functions to increase account growth.
• Ensure all hirify.global equipment is clean, in good working order, and follows brand standards.
• Analyze competitor activities, such as new launches and price reductions, to maintain market edge.
• Meet monthly goals focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, and new account setup.
• Maintain product freshness through proper rotation and brand flow.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record and compliance with DOT driving standards.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and advertising displays.
• Experience in sales, account management, and DSD is considered a plus.
