U.S base salary range: $55,000 - $85,000 USD

What you will do

  • Qualify prospects and deliver high-quality leads to Sales Executives in your defined market segment.
  • Serve as the first point of contact, advocating for hirify.global and educating on product value.
  • Drive pipeline generation through proactive outreach and innovative sequences.
  • Collaborate with team to introduce new tactics for campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage key accounts with strong organization and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Location: Houston, Texas – must be based there.
  • Motivated with sales instinct and numbers-driven mindset.
  • Strong initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and time management.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy.
  • Resourceful, collaborative, with ability to find solutions independently.
  • Degree or relevant work experience; SDR experience not required but hunger to grow essential.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
