What you will do

• Serve as the day-to-day business lead for a large CPG account, building and maintaining trusted client relationships.
• Coordinate the complete project lifecycle from creative briefs through final approval, production, and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure projects align with client objectives.
• Manage project timelines, trackers, and status documents, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Provide strategic critiques and quality checks on design work to ensure high standards and alignment with client feedback.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by recommending additional services and solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of creative agency experience in Account or Project Management, preferably with CPG companies.
• Proven experience in end-to-end packaging design, from brand foundation and strategy to production hand-off.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Keynote).
• Superior written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign).
