What you will do

• Create and maintain efficient production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Align materials, resources, and labor to support production goals.
• Support Lean Manufacturing practices and implement demand scheduling tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays.
• Perform data analysis to provide insights for improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 5+ years of related experience.
• Highly skilled with ERP, MRP, Excel, and SQL.
• Extensive experience with production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
• Experience using Python, R, MS Project, PowerBI, or Tableau.
