What you will do

• Create and maintain production schedules aligned with production goals and deadlines.
• Coordinate materials, labor, and resource allocation across manufacturing activities.
• Support Lean Manufacturing practices and implement demand scheduling tools.
• Monitor production progress, adjust schedules, and address delays or operational issues.
• Analyze production data and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 5+ years of related production planning experience.
• Advanced skills in ERP, MRP, Excel, and SQL.
• Extensive production planning and scheduling experience in manufacturing, preferably aerospace or automotive.
• Experience with process optimization, continuous improvement, data analysis, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
• Experience with Python, R, MS Project, Power BI, or Tableau.
