What you will do

• Create and maintain efficient production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Align materials, resources, and labor to support manufacturing activities.
• Utilize ERP and MRP systems to manage inventory and production schedules.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in resource allocation.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics departments.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for production-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 0-2 years of experience in a production planning role.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, ERP, MRP, MS Project, and Excel.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or CIS.
• APICS certification.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, or Tableau.
