Supply Chain Systems & Process Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid; must be present in the San Francisco or San Jose office 4 days per week

Salary: $143k – $190k

What you will do

• Evaluate and automate business processes across Supply Chain, Procurement, and Financial Operations.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of NetSuite, Coupa, PLM, and Asset Management systems.
• Develop business requirements, process maps, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with Finance to improve spend visibility, cost tracking, and GL alignment.
• Establish governance for Item Master, BOM, and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and track performance metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Systems, or Process Transformation.
• Strong understanding of Inventory, Asset Management, or Financial Operations processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven track record of leading system implementation and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Coupa.
• Expertise in PLM systems, BOM management, or Item Master governance.
• Experience in high-growth technology, data center, or hardware manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with process mapping and change management.
