What you will do
- Engage with the ecommerce ecosystem to understand merchant needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, merchants, and strategic partners.
- Act as the voice of the market by sharing actionable insights with internal product and leadership teams.
- Take ownership of specific revenue, retention, or campaign targets with a results-driven mindset.
- Collaborate across GTM and product teams to launch initiatives and drive business outcomes.
- Utilize data and AI-powered tools to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS GTM functions such as Sales, Customer Success, or Partnerships.
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced startup environments with high autonomy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from CX teams to C-suite executives.
- Experience using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and goal achievement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and foster strong internal and external relationships.
- Familiarity with the ecommerce or Shopify ecosystem is a significant advantage.
