Location: Must be based in the United States (eligible states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, and Washington D.C.). Travel: Up to 70% travel required.

What you will do
- Own the full P&L, budget, and revenue performance for the Navigator business unit.
- Define and execute the end-to-end growth strategy, including pricing, positioning, and monetization.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to shape AI-enabled product strategy.
- Drive customer acquisition and strategic partnerships through direct engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Build and lead the organizational structure, hiring decisions, and leadership culture.
- Serve as the primary external representative for the business unit with industry leaders and policymakers.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and willing to travel up to 70%.
- Proven executive leadership experience in scaling high-growth businesses or products.
- Significant P&L ownership with a track record of revenue growth and enterprise value creation.
- Deep expertise in enterprise go-to-market strategy and complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Ability to translate product decisions into business outcomes and hold informed technical conversations.
- Experience in regulated industries, public sector, or workforce development is preferred.
