TL;DR

Location: Remote, USA (with periodic travel)

Salary: $240,000 – $275,000 base salary plus annual bonus and equity participation

What you will do

  • Own the company's strategic direction, market positioning, and competitive response across cable and broadcast networks.
  • Drive revenue growth with full P&L accountability across retention, expansion, pricing, and new customer acquisition.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to reposition the product and optimize how audience data is processed and licensed.
  • Own the strategic product roadmap for StarTrak, StarEstimator, StarPost, and WARP.
  • Build and lead a tight-knit leadership team, elevating talent density and establishing execution frameworks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Experience owning the P&L and operational outcomes for a B2B SaaS organization or media division.
  • Proven track record of building repeatable go-to-market engines in a vertical or enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Experience leading an organization through meaningful inflection points such as product repositioning or pricing model redesign.
  • Deep familiarity with the cable and broadcast network ecosystem, including workflows and economics of ad-supported TV research.
  • Experience with Nielsen, Comscore, VideoAmp, or comparable audience measurement data is strongly preferred.
