What you will do

• Own all revenue for the Taiwan business and drive overall growth.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team to increase pipeline.
• Develop in-market strategies by analyzing user workflows and unmet needs.
• Build momentum within the local ecosystem through startups and strategic partnerships.
• Represent Notion as the public face across press, events, and executive conversations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering to ensure customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, or market-building.
• 3+ years of experience in a people management role.
• Proven experience managing Taiwan markets across startup, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Deep network in Taiwan across startups, VC, and media ecosystems.
• Strong technical and AI fluency to effectively demo Notion and AI agents.

Nice to have

• Native or fluent Mandarin skills.
• Experience at high-growth SaaS or AI companies operating in Southeast Asia.
• Track record of building community-led or product-led growth motions.
• Experience evangelizing productivity, collaboration, or developer tools.
