What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic lending partnerships critical to banking infrastructure.
• Drive the development and maintenance of the lending partner ecosystem.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on lending management systems.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Engineering to negotiate contracts and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Lead new partner selection, due diligence, and onboarding processes.
• Translate partner requirements and constraints into clear internal plans and timelines.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant banking or payment operations experience.
• 4+ years of strategic partnerships or B2B/payment product experience.
• Experience managing or working closely with lending management system providers.
• Strong leadership skills in managing complex, high-stakes relationships.
• Ability to simplify complex systems and regulatory requirements into documented processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
