TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (excluding California). Travel: 25% required.

Salary: $90,000–$130,000

What you will do

  • Build and maintain close working relationships with customer staff and management to understand business needs and strategic goals.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for resolving complex issues and managing escalations.
  • Conduct regular conference calls and onsite visits to maintain high-level communication with customer leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate effective communication and organizational support.
  • Research identified issues and report findings to management to ensure service excellence.

Requirements

  • 10 years of back-office banking operations or customer relationship experience in the financial industry.
  • Experience communicating with executive-level leadership within financial institutions or FinTech.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time to assigned client locations.
  • Ineligible for immigration sponsorship; must be authorized to work in the US without support.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
