Salary: $147,200 - $183,900 USD

What you will do

• Maintain the inventory database for all data center IT assets including servers, GPUs, and networking equipment.
• Conduct regular physical and system-based audits to ensure inventory accuracy and policy compliance.
• Manage the complete asset lifecycle from procurement and deployment to retirement and redeployment.
• Coordinate RMA processes for critical data center hardware components.
• Perform financial and utilization analysis to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Partner with procurement, finance, and technical teams to support infrastructure expansion initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure assets in data center or enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of data center hardware including servers, storage, and networking.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data visualization.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Nice to have

• IAITAM CHAMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience with GPU-based infrastructure or hyperscale data centers.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement workflows.
• Knowledge of depreciation models and inventory valuation.
