Salary: $245,800 - $344,100 USD

What you will do

• Partner with Engineering leadership to prioritize resources and investments to maximize ROI.
• Own financial forecasts, annual operating plans, and budget tracking for the Engineering organization.
• Manage cloud hosting costs by optimizing workloads across dual cloud environments.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled finance team.
• Oversee complex financial modeling to provide strategic input for business decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with tax, legal, and accounting teams to evaluate global technology decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 13+ years of FP&A experience, including 2+ years supporting cloud infrastructure and 5+ years of people management.
• Experience working with AWS or GCP cloud products.
• Background in investment banking or consulting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements (B/S, P&L) and margin drivers.
• Proven proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for complex modeling and presentations.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Prior experience partnering directly with Engineering teams.
