Location: Must be based in the US (Austin, TX; Eau Claire, WI; or Minneapolis, MN preferred for hybrid work).
Salary: $85,100 – $181,700 USD

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a regional Professional Services team to ensure high-quality service delivery and professional growth.
- Own the full talent lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and continuous development of team members.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify growth opportunities and expand service reach and revenue.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as utilization, customer satisfaction, and margin to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Service Operations, Technical Enablement, and Support to align on strategic goals.
- Manage escalations and provide senior-level guidance on complex service delivery issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or a related industry.
- 3+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
- 2+ years of experience managing Professional Services teams in a SaaS environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
