Director of Professional Services (AI)

Location: Fully remote; salary ranges are global and paid in local currency

Salary: $130,000–$190,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the Professional Services organization delivering migrations, implementations, and custom engagements for enterprise WordPress VIP customers.
• Build an AI-augmented delivery model that increases capacity, accelerates time-to-value, and supports higher-complexity work.
• Own delivery quality, project health, escalations, customer outcomes, and on-time, on-scope execution.
• Define, price, and standardize a service portfolio while retaining flexibility for custom enterprise engagements.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management on scoping, pricing, handoffs, expansion opportunities, and revenue growth.
• Set strategic direction, improve platform and service feedback loops, and represent Professional Services with executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, implementation, or technical consulting, including direct leadership of a Professional Services or delivery organization.
• 5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers, ideally involving large-scale migrations or custom development.
• Experience building service portfolios, defining offerings, pricing engagements, and making delivery repeatable.
• Experience with the full commercial cycle, including scoping, pricing, expansion, retention, and revenue accountability.
• Fluency in AI-augmented delivery models and demonstrated executive stakeholder management.
• Proven performance management experience with individual contributors, leads, and HR partners.
