What you will do

• Lead and scale a professional services team of engineers and delivery managers handling enterprise migrations and custom implementations.
• Build an AI-augmented delivery model to increase capacity and accelerate time-to-value for complex projects.
• Own the commercial success of the professional services business, including revenue targets, margins, and expansion opportunities.
• Define and maintain a clear menu of service offerings that balance repeatable delivery with enterprise-grade flexibility.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to scope, price, and hand off engagements effectively.
• Represent the organization to executive stakeholders and manage project health and escalation processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership experience in professional services, implementation, or technical consulting.
• 5+ years of experience delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers.
• Proven track record of managing the full commercial loop, including scoping, pricing, and revenue accountability.
• Demonstrated fluency in AI-augmented delivery models and their impact on service workflows.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate persuasively and manage high-stakes stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in performance management and developing individual contributors into delivery leads.
