What you will do
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to design and execute integrated field events.
- Manage the full event lifecycle, including contracts, logistics, and on-the-ground execution.
- Develop promotional strategies and audience segmentation to drive high engagement.
- Partner with third-party organizations to co-host webinars and joint marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to refine field marketing strategies.
- Maintain a detailed event calendar aligned with regional business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field or event marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience in the database or data analytics industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and brand awareness.
- Strong project management and analytical skills for measuring program effectiveness.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Must be available for >40% travel within the EMEA region.
