What you will do
- Manage the North America events calendar, encompassing field events, hosted dinners, sponsored conferences, and virtual sessions.
- Execute end-to-end logistics, including vendor coordination, timelines, run-of-show, and on-the-ground support.
- Lead the planning and execution of customer-focused events and curated roundtables for strategic accounts to support retention and expansion.
- Collaborate with Demand Gen, Sales, CS, Brand, and Content teams to ensure events are well-scoped and aligned with messaging.
- Track and analyze event performance (registrations, attendance, pipeline impact) to share ROI insights and optimize future experiences.
Requirements
- Located in North America
- 2+ years of experience in event marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Experience managing a diverse mix of virtual events, webinars, and in-person activations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex timelines and cross-functional coordination.
Nice to have
- Experience collaborating with Sales teams on event-driven follow-up workflows.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation tools such as , HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Understanding of lead capture, UTMs, attribution, and event funnel performance.
