What you will do

• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on the Ideal Client Profile.
• Enrich and validate contact data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Own Zoho CRM hygiene by managing leads, contacts, and pipeline stages.
• Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Book qualified 30-minute meetings with prospects for the sales team.
• Coordinate follow-up workflows to ensure no warm leads are missed.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, outbound prospecting, or CRM administration.
• Strong proficiency with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Experience running outbound email campaigns and managing list hygiene.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment with a tenacious hunter mentality.
