TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote ET or CET time zone alignment required).

Salary: $104,900 - $174,700

What you will do

  • Develop and own the annual global GTM plan, including market segmentation, pricing strategy, and packaging.
  • Identify and develop strategic technology partnerships to embed clinical content into provider workflows.
  • Design scalable cross-sell offers and bundles to increase average deal value and expand the customer base.
  • Own the global renewal strategy, providing Account Management teams with data-driven ROI frameworks and value-articulation tools.
  • Equip Sales and Account Management teams with segment-specific plays, competitive tools, and templates to improve conversion rates.
  • Represent commercial priorities in senior leadership forums and act as the subject matter expert at conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a commercial, GTM, or sales role within healthcare IT or clinical SaaS.
  • Proven track record managing and growing a multi-million dollar global recurring revenue portfolio.
  • Experience designing and executing multi-region GTM strategies, including renewals and sales enablement.
  • Strong analytical skills in market segmentation, commercial modeling, and KPI reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally and influence without formal authority in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional customer presence.

Nice to have

  • Domain knowledge in radiology, pathology, or specialist physician workflows.
  • Experience with health IT ecosystem partnerships or workflow-embedded commercial models.
  • Background in both B2B and B2C commercial motions.
