What you will do

• Map and prioritize the PE landscape to identify firms and funds aligned with hirify.global's GTM value.
• Build relationships with Operating Partners and Value Creation teams to initiate portfolio entry.
• Develop PE-specific narratives, materials, and pilot frameworks to convert interest into structured engagement.
• Design and execute scalable activation programs (webinars, cohorts, workshops) to drive adoption with minimal 1:1 touch.
• Define portfolio-level success metrics and create executive-ready ROI narratives for board-level readouts.
• Coordinate with GTM Engineering, Enterprise, RevOps, and Legal on pilots and commercial terms.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, program management, GTM strategy, or consulting.
• Experience presenting to Private Equity Operating Partners, Value Creation teams, or portfolio executives.
• Strong systems thinking with a bias toward building scalable programs over bespoke solutions.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into financial and business impact.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new motions from scratch.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York.
