Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York City.

Salary: $190,000 – $210,000

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Revenue Enablement team through direct management and coaching.
  • Evolve enablement strategy across manager onboarding, skills development, and field readiness.
  • Build scalable programs to improve seller productivity, manager effectiveness, and execution consistency.
  • Partner with Revenue leadership to identify business priorities and focus on high-value initiatives.
  • Develop practical AI readiness programs to improve field confidence and usage of emerging capabilities.
  • Define and operationalize success metrics to connect enablement programs to measurable revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or GTM leadership.
  • Fluency with AI tools and workflows to drive practical field adoption.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building scalable programs that drive behavior change rather than just content delivery.
  • Strong commercial judgment and understanding of pipeline quality and deal progression.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
